How to Change the Camera View in Minecraft

Third person view allows the player to look at the nearby environment from an “outside” perspective through camera view in Minecraft.

Different perspectives are often toggled by pressing F5 (or fn+F5 on other keyboards). Pressing it once displays the rear of the player, and pressing it again displays the front. Pressing it another time reverts to first-person view.

In Bedrock Edition, it is often changed within the settings; this is often the sole thanks to switching the camera when using touch to play games.

In China Bedrock Edition, it is often changed to HUD.

When in third-person view, the players often viewed from an angle of 0 degrees (Y axis) when the mouse is leveled with the bottom, up to an angle of 90 degrees when looking straight down toward the player.

If the player suffocates while during this mode, the camera automatically switches back to the first-person view. This doesn’t apply to pocketbooks.

A third person front view also can be seen while the survival inventory is open; the player, during this case, always faces the cursor.

When you create a replacement world in Minecraft, you’ll start in person view. However, you’ll switch to 3rd person mode and see your body within the game, either from the front or from behind.
